Payment and Cancellation Policy
All Rates are quoted in United States Dollars (USD), based on availability, and subject to change without notice.
Note:
Accommodations are subject to a 9% Hotel tax.
Many hotels in Belize charge a 10% service fee; WE DO NOT.

Hospitality is included with us. Adding extra fees annoys us too. We do encourage the tipping of our employees.
Check-in and Check-out Time:
Check-in Time: 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM (Belize Time)
Check-out Time: 11:00 AM (Belize Time)
Early Arrival and Late Departure:
If you expect to arrive early in the day and would like immediate access to your apartment, we recommend booking the apartment for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your apartment until you depart.
Occupancy:
Two Bedroom Apartments - Rates are based on 2 Guests
[Maximum Occupancy is 4 Guests Only]
Three Bedroom Beach House - Rates are based on 2 Guests
[Maximum Occupancy is 5 Guests Only]
No pets allowed.
Additional guests age 13 or older are charged USD $15 + 9% per night per guest.
Additional children age 12 and younger can stay for free in the parent/guardian’s unit using existing bedding.
Payments:
At Easy Living Apartments, a guaranteed reservation assures you of the entire Two-Bedroom Apartment and/or the entire Three-Bedroom Beach House even if you check in late [After 3:00 PM(Belize Time)].
Online Reservation:
Each reservation made through our website is subject to a Processing Fee of 2.9% + USD $0.30 and must be guaranteed by VISA, MasterCard, or Paypal to confirm.
Once the booking is confirmed, an official reservation email will be generated and sent automatically to you.
Offline Reservation:
Once you are ready to secure your reservation, you can either pay in full or a deposit of 50% can be made by Cash, Cheque*, or via a local bank transfer to our Business Bank Account at:

Kindly provide proof of deposit and other payments via WhatsApp, Social Media Accounts (Facebook or Instagram), or email address. Deposits must be made one week prior to check-in and full payment must be made two days prior to check-in.
Cancellation:
Any cancellation of reservations or portions of reservations MUST be received in writing via email at easylivingbz@gmail.com.

72 - 48 hours prior to arrival = 100% refund will be given.

47 - 13 hours or less prior to arrival = 90% refund will be given.

12 hours prior to arrival = NO refund will be given.

Easy Living Apartments cannot be held responsible or liable for trip cancellations or altered itineraries due to reasons out of our control. Such as acts of God, including but not limited to heavy rains, flooding, storms, hurricanes, or any other natural occurrence.
